Privacy Policy
What personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

Who we are
PhysicalShare Consultancy operates the website physicalshare.in. For any privacy question, contact support@physicalshare.in.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, mobile number, email address, the service you are enquiring about, company and shareholding details, and anything you type into the message box or send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Documents you send us. Where you engage us, this may extend to identity documents, certificate copies, bank details, death certificates and succession papers — provided by you for the purpose of your claim.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to prepare and pursue your claim with the relevant company, Registrar & Transfer Agent, depository or authority. We also keep records as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not ask for, want or store your demat, net-banking or trading passwords, PINs or OTPs.
Who we may share it with
Only where it is necessary for your claim or required by law: the company and its Registrar & Transfer Agent, the IEPF Authority or other regulator, your depository participant, and professionals such as advocates, notaries or chartered accountants engaged on your file. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Files for completed engagements are retained for as long as required for legal, regulatory and accounting purposes, after which they are securely destroyed.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Documents are stored on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we ask that you send sensitive documents only through the channels we confirm to you in writing.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set advertising cookies and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers. We do use two analytics tools to understand how the site is found and used:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first and cookieless. It sets nothing on your device and does not fingerprint or track you across websites.
- Google Analytics 4 — this one does set cookies on your device (typically
_gaand_ga_*, which persist for up to two years) and sends usage data, including a truncated IP address, to Google. It tells us which pages are read and which searches bring people here. It is not used for advertising or remarketing.
You can block these at any time using your browser's cookie settings, a content blocker, or Google's opt-out browser add-on. Nothing on this site requires analytics cookies to work — blocking them does not affect your enquiry or your claim.
We never send the contents of your enquiry, your documents, or any information about your holdings to an analytics provider.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to support@physicalshare.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 except as part of a claim made on a minor's behalf by a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
