Any reference to those bodies on this site is descriptive only.

You can do this yourself

Every process described on this website — claiming from the IEPF, transmission of shares, obtaining a duplicate certificate, dematerialisation, updating KYC — is available to investors directly through the relevant company, its Registrar & Transfer Agent, or the IEPF Authority's own portal, without paying any professional fee. We charge for handling the process on your behalf, not for access to it.

No guaranteed outcome

Recovery depends on third-party records and decisions. We do not promise that any particular claim will succeed, that a particular amount will be recovered, or that it will happen within a particular period. Statements about typical timelines are observations from past cases, not commitments.
