What to send with your first message
- Full name of the shareholder, exactly as written on the certificate
- Company name(s), and the folio number if you can see it
- Photographs or scans of any certificates, dividend warrants or company letters
- Whether the holder is alive, and if not, who the heirs are
- Anything already attempted, including rejection letters
Please do not send us passwords, PINs, OTPs, blank signed forms or blank stamp paper. No legitimate recovery process requires them.
