What we do

Every route back to your money, handled in one place

Most recoveries are not a single form — they are a chain of them. We map the chain for your case and then work through it, so you are not bounced between the company, the Registrar and the IEPF.

Recovery of Unclaimed Shares

Old share certificates lying in a cupboard, forgotten investments of a parent, or holdings you never got around to converting — we trace them, clear the paperwork and get them into your demat account.

IEPF Claim (Form IEPF-5)

When dividends stay unclaimed for seven straight years, the company transfers your shares and dividends to the IEPF Authority. They are not lost — they are claimable through Form IEPF-5, and we handle that end to end.

Learn more →

Unclaimed Dividends & Interest

Dividend warrants that were never encashed, matured debentures, and interest lying with companies or the IEPF — traced, reconciled and recovered.

Learn more →

Transmission of Shares

Transferring shares held by a deceased family member into the names of the nominee, surviving joint holder or legal heirs — including succession documentation.

Learn more →

Duplicate Share Certificates

Certificate lost, stolen, torn or destroyed? We manage the FIR, newspaper notice, affidavit and indemnity, and obtain the Letter of Confirmation from the company's RTA.

Learn more →

Dematerialisation of Shares

Physical certificates can no longer be sold. We get your holdings verified, KYC-compliant and credited to your demat account so they become tradable again.

Learn more →

Name Correction & Transposition

Spelling mistakes, maiden names, missing middle names, signature mismatches, or joint holders in the wrong order — corrected in the company's records so your claim is not rejected.

Unclaimed Mutual Funds & Deposits

Folios that stopped receiving statements, matured company deposits, dormant bank accounts and unclaimed insurance maturity amounts — located and claimed.

How it works

Four steps, and we carry the weight of all four

You provide the information and signatures. We do the tracing, drafting, following up and chasing.

1

Free search

Share the names, any certificate copies and whatever details you have. We check company and RTA records and tell you what exists and where it now sits.

2

Written proposal

You receive a plain-language note: the route your claim must take, the documents needed, a realistic timeline, and the exact fee. Nothing starts until you say yes.

3

Documentation & filing

We prepare affidavits, indemnity bonds, ISR forms, IEPF-5 filings and succession papers, get them signed and attested, and file with the company, RTA or IEPF Authority.

4

Follow-up to credit

We chase the Nodal Officer and the authority until the shares hit your demat account and the dividend lands in your bank account. You get status updates throughout.

Why families choose us

The hard cases are the ones we are built for

Anyone can fill in a form. The difficulty in share recovery is everything around it — a holder who died intestate, a name spelt three different ways across four certificates, a company that merged twice and changed Registrars, a signature that no longer matches one recorded in 1987.

  • One point of contact. You speak to the same person from search to credit.
  • We fix the mismatches first. Most rejections happen because KYC, PAN, name or signature records were never corrected. We clear those before filing the claim.
  • Succession handled sensitively. Legal-heir certificates, wills, probate, no-objection letters between siblings — we have done these many times.
  • No upfront professional fee. You pay us on results, plus genuine out-of-pocket costs.
  • Your documents stay yours. Originals remain with you wherever the process permits, and we never ask for your demat or banking passwords.
More about us

“My father passed away in 2009 and we found a bundle of certificates while clearing his desk. Three of the companies no longer existed under those names. They untangled all of it and explained every step in Gujarati for my mother.”

“I had filed IEPF-5 myself and it was returned twice. They found the reason in ten minutes — my middle name was missing on the folio — corrected the record and refiled. Credited eight months later.”

Common questions

Answers before you get in touch

My grandfather bought shares in the 1980s. Is anything still left?

Almost certainly, yes. Shares in India do not expire. If the certificates were never sold, the holding still exists — it has usually been renamed through mergers, split, bonus-issued, or moved to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) after seven years of unclaimed dividends. All of that is traceable and recoverable.

We have lost the original share certificates. Can we still claim?

Yes. Loss of certificates is one of the most common situations we handle. The company's Registrar issues a Letter of Confirmation against an FIR/police complaint, a newspaper notice, an affidavit and an indemnity bond, after which the holding is credited directly to your demat account.

What does it cost?

The initial search and assessment is free. If we take the case forward, we agree a written engagement upfront — typically a success-linked professional fee plus actual out-of-pocket costs (stamp paper, notarisation, courier, newspaper advertisement, affidavits). You will always know the number before any work starts.

How long does a recovery take?

It depends entirely on the route. A straightforward dematerialisation of clean certificates can complete in roughly 30–60 days. An IEPF claim involving transmission, name correction and succession documents commonly runs 6–14 months, because it passes through the company's Nodal Officer and then the IEPF Authority.

Can I do this myself without a consultant?

Absolutely — and we will say so if your case is simple. Every process we handle is available directly through the company, its Registrar & Transfer Agent, or the IEPF portal at no professional cost. People engage us when the holder has died, records do not match, certificates are missing, several companies and RTAs are involved, or a claim has already been rejected once.

Not sure whether you have anything to claim?

Send us the names and we will check the records for you — free, and with no obligation to proceed.
